No. We only provide furnished rooms in shared supported accommodation.
• 18+ years or older
• Receive income benefit (DSS/UC/PIP}
• Engage 1 hour per week with a support worker
• Proof of benefit (e.g. Universal Credit statement)
• National Insurance number
• Photo ID (alternatives available if you have no photo ID)
Supported accommodation is a private furnished room in a shared house. You'll have your own room, share the kitchen and bathroom. You will meet with a support worker regularly who will support you with any life goals you might have.
A support worker will be assigned to you to help you with life skills, this could include budgeting, applying for benefits, working on your CV, finding employment etc.
No. Families are not eligible for this accommodation.
No deposit is required.
The full cost of your housing is funded by housing benefit if you meet the eligibility criteria.
We have properties across Birmingham. The areas we cover include Kingstanding, Edgbaston, Harborne, Yardley, Acocks Green, Northfield, Handsworth.
We can accommodate move ins within 24-48 hours. Same day move ins are also possible subject to availability if you require accommodation urgently.
